For all those who have not yet experienced an indian toilet...We who have told you about them do not lie...exagerate...or stretch the truth to shock you...
they are shocking...
in fact this one is a bit fancy - it has walls and tiles... often its just a section of wall....
Having said that - I, of course, have almost always used the decent hotel and restaurant toilets. While I have indeed used some that defied description in filth... I have never, in 4 trips to this most challenging land, used a toilet like this...

Oh god! They sound (and look) like the "toilets" in rural China. I don't envy you!
